Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most orders are delivered within 6–15 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Canorio only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency are orders processed in?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
Please ensure your billing details match your payment method. You may also try an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, your bank may be blocking the transaction.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@canorio.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
Are there any return fees?
We do not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before arrival. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building office. If your package is still missing, contact the carrier and then reach out to us for further assistance.
I received the wrong item.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email support@canorio.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
