Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@canorio.com.
- If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy.
